Cancellations
The law often requires that when purchasing items online, consumers have a right to cancel the contract within 7 days of entering into it. Such a right does not exist in relation to the purchase of tickets or area bookings through London Groove. We will however allow a cancellation and offer a full refund less an administration cost of £5 if the request is made no later than 48 hours before the start time of the event.
If the cancellation is for New Years Eve tickets then the £5 administration fee applies to each individual ticket and again the request needs to be no later than 48 hours before the event.
If you fail to turn up on the night there is no refund applicable for tickets, booths or areas.
